The tank itself is a 250 litre Ocean Free glass tank fitted with a 4 foot Arcadia Luminaire (3 tube version), a Rena XP2 filter, sera 250w heater, Rena 100 air pump with 3 long airstones to give an 'air curtain', Dorset pea gravel and a stand which is quite a nice piece of furniture.

We have put a load of Interpet Ammonia remover into the canister, along with Bio-ChemZorb, Bio-max filter media and several gauges of sponge for mechanical filtration. I will be taking Ammonia readings now for the next 4 weeks, followed by Nitrite readings, and then Nitrate. Hopefully the Zeolite will stop us from getting 'New Tank Syndrome', and we will be able to control the Ammonia level.

We have moved the Angels out of tank 6 into here, along with the two Bolivian Rams and added a few tetras, Rasboras and Danios to give it a bit of life.

All we have to do now is set up tank number 14 - the 300 litre 5 foot tank which is currently sat next to tank 13 empty and waiting.
